Unfortunately not. We are a B2B property marketing company and work exclusively with estate agents and solicitors with whom we have an established contract.

Our Service Level Agreement is to provide photographer availability within three working days of receiving an order, provided the property falls within our standard service area. In many cases, earlier appointments are available and can be booked directly through our live booking system. Live, self-booking slots are available Monday to Friday (excluding certain Bank Holidays). All self-booking slots operate on 1-hour arrival windows. Arrival Slots: 9am – 10am 10am – 11am 12 noon – 1pm 1pm – 2pm 3pm – 4pm 4pm – 5pm (Spring, Summer and Autumn only) 5pm – 6pm (Limited availability and Summer only)

All Property Studios packages include next working day delivery. Due to the accelerated turnaround, completed materials may occasionally be delivered outside normal working hours while still meeting the agreed deadline. Included within Next Working Day Delivery: • Edited photography • Floorplan • Copywriting • 360 virtual tour • Completed brochure • Window card Excluded from Next Working Day Delivery The following add-on services are excluded from the standard turnaround: • Virtual staging, dressing, decluttering or renovation • Image manipulation or enhancement • Drone photography or filming • Walk-through video services

All work carried out within a calendar month will be invoiced during the first week of the following month, typically between the 2nd and 5th. Standard Payment Terms Payment is due by the 15th of the invoicing month. Extended Payment Terms Clients may request extended payment terms, with payment due by the final day of the invoicing month. A 3% administration fee will apply to all invoices using the extended payment option. Late Payments Late payments may incur: • Statutory late payment compensation fees • Interest charged at the Bank of England base rate plus 8% • Suspension of ongoing work, bookings, hosting, or online system access until the account is brought fully up to date

No. There is no additional hosting charge for marketing materials created by us for up to one calendar year. During this period, your brochure, photography, virtual tour and associated materials will remain live and accessible through our platform, allowing permitted amendments to be made when required. After one calendar year, the materials will be removed from our live platform in accordance with our data-retention and GDPR requirements.

You can still submit an order for a property outside our standard service area. The order will appear within our system, but we will first review the location and confirm whether we can accommodate the shoot. Where applicable, we will provide details of the additional travel charge and confirm photographer availability. No additional travel charge instruction will proceed without your approval. Once you accept the quotation and availability, the booking can be confirmed.

You remain in control of how much interaction your homeowners have with the platform. Homeowners are given access to specific parts of the process — for example, allowing them to book or reschedule their own photography appointment, review marketing material and view selected updates, without giving them access to your full agent-facing system. You can choose to manage virtually the entire process yourself or allow homeowners greater involvement where appropriate. Their access is restricted to the areas and functionality made available to them, while agent-only information remains private.

Yes. There is a one-off setup fee of £259 + VAT to fully integrate your agency and branding into our system. This includes the creation and setup of your different brochure templates, complete with interactive virtual tour links, your branded client communications and your branded window card. Once your account is set up, there are no ongoing subscription, platform or hosting fees. You simply pay for each property marketing package as and when you order.

We offer both partial and full white labelling options. Partial white labelling is included as standard with all of our contracts. This means that communications sent to your homeowners carry your agency's branding, helping you maintain a strong and consistent brand throughout the customer journey. We never pretend to be your agency. Our communications clearly state "Working in partnership with Property Studios", so homeowners understand exactly who they are dealing with while recognising you as their instructing agent. For agencies looking for a completely seamless experience, we also offer a full white labelling service at an additional cost. This can include integration directly within your own website, creating an experience that sits entirely within your agency's digital environment. Travel & Parking Our standard package pricing includes travel and parking within our designated service areas. Any property located outside our standard coverage area may require an additional travel quotation and approval before the order is activated within our system. Any parking charges, congestion charges, tolls, or permit costs incurred outside standard coverage areas may also be chargeable. Key Collection & Drop-Off Key collection and return are included where the collection or drop-off location is within 5 miles of the property. Where the location falls: • Between 5–15 miles from the property: a flat fee of £30 + VAT per job will apply • More than 15 miles from the property: we are unfortunately unable to offer key collection or return services

We offer professional aerial drone photography and videography as part of our property marketing services. All of our drone pilots are appropriately CAA qualified, and every flight is carried out in accordance with current UK aviation regulations. The type of drone we use and where we are permitted to fly will depend on the location of the property and any restrictions that apply to the surrounding airspace. Certain locations fall within restricted or no-fly zones. When a drone order is placed, our system checks the property location and will alert both you and our team where restrictions may affect the proposed flight, allowing us to assess the situation and, where necessary, discuss alternative arrangements. Existing clients also have access to our no-fly zone map, helping you identify areas where legal airspace restrictions may affect drone photography before placing an order.
